All purchases of Before You Buy BluePrint™ through Queen BluePrint® are final. We do not offer refunds, and this no-refund policy applies for the full 30 days following your purchase date.
In short: once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Founding-run copies are produced in a limited, dated print run, and each preorder holds a place in that run.
Before You Buy BluePrint™ is produced as part of a limited founding run, and your purchase reserves your copy in that print production. Because of this, we're unable to accept cancellations, exchanges, or refund requests for any reason once an order has been placed, including a change of mind or a delay in your homebuying timeline.
The QR-linked digital training included with your planner is provided as part of your purchase and is non-refundable once your order ships, regardless of whether the training has been accessed.
If your planner arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement. This is the only circumstance under which we'll take action on a completed order.
